Ukrainian Flags signed in January 2023 by the personnel formation of the Territorial Defense Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region. These 2 brigades that signed the flag are a part of the “South” Regional Administration.
These flags are original hand signed flags and not copies. We recommend they not be placed outside as the markers used may bleed or fade in inclement weather.
